Willy Wonka's Tormentor
One early morning in the Chocolate Factory, Willy Wonka got out of bed with his wife and went to brush his teeth with mint chocolate toothpaste. Before he could finish brushing his teeth, his sister, Sierra, ran into the bathroom in complete fear!
She cried, "The father of the Cream of Chocolate family over yonder slashed the tires on my chocolate-mobile! I'm terrified of what they may do next!"
"What is the father's name?" asked Willy.
"His name is Omega but, brother, wait! He has a voluptuous beautiful wife that oozes out white chocolate at the top of every hour! Her name is Reye, the Queen of White Chocolate."
"Oh, heavenly does she sound! I need her in my life! Tell me more. What is she like?" Willy Wonka inquired and forgot about the damage done to his sister's car.
Sierra became filled with excitement when she realized her manipulating plan was working! She began to elaborate on Reye's voluptuous curves that ooze white chocolate and her beautiful red hair down to her waist. "The dazzling eyes of Reye captured all of my attention. I know she would be perfect for you," Sierra said in admiration.
The thought of Reye began to overcome Willy and he could not stop thinking about how beautiful she wa. Everything in his world stopped! His wife soon became a shadow in the presence of the Queen of White Chocolate.
Willy Wonka contemplated for a few days about shutting down the Chocolate Factory so he could go on his quest to find Reye. He had to take into consideration the shortage of chocolate that would happen in the city. However, that didn't matter to him. He decided to shut the factory down and he then began to pack for his trip to find Reye.
Tossing and turning throughout the night he grew anxious to find Reye. He searched high and low through the valley, until he reached the house over yonder where Reye resided. He was hoping he would see her in the hills between the chocolate factory and her house. As he approached the house he noticed a white chocolate roof and a white chocolate pond in the front. He was prepared to fight her husband Omega for her heart. As soon as he stepped on their property, Omega instantly smelled the residue of milk chocolate and looked out the front window! He saw Willy Wonka.
Omega yelled, "Leave my property now or I will shoot my fire gun." Next he shot fire into the air to show Willy Wonka how furious he was.
Determined to get to Reye, Willy Wonka ran forth and ha got struck down by Omega's fire gun. As the fire scorched his skin he ran towards the pond of white chocolate and jumped in to escape the fire. He then swam through the pipes of the pond to reach Reye. Willy Wonka approached Reye in her powder room.
"What brings you here, Willy?" asks Reye.
Dazed by her beauty he said, "My beautiful White Chocolate Queen, come with me. I will live my life in the dark for the sake of you and me. I need you in my life and I will stay by your side the rest of your life."
"Those words are so delightful. I have been waiting for someone to come and save me! Omega keeps me locked inside! I miss the sun's kiss on my skin!" said Reye.
They swam through the pipes full of liquid white chocolate and escaped, happily ever after!
Author's Note: While reading Narayans Ramayana, I found chapter five the most interesting and I wanted to rewrite the story in a fun way. I was amazed at Ravana's determination to find Sita. So, I recreated by using Willy Wonka's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory story. I decided to use Willy Wonka as a theme to retell the story because I think it is a pretty relatable childhood story. When I was younger I thought every story should have a King and Queen. I saw this as a perfect opportunity to make Reye play Sita and make her a beautiful chocolate Queen that Willy Wonka -who is Ravana- had to have. I am thinking about possibly continuing this theme for the rest of my story telling. I think it would make a pretty cool portfolio. While retelling this story I did change the plot because I made it to where Ravana is not an evil villain. He actually saved Sita. Also, a cool parallel to my story was when I used Omega's family slashing Sierra's tires to symbolize Surpanakha getting slashed in the face. I wanted the audience to be able to easily relate my story to the real story of Sita and Rama even though I changed the setting, plot and characters.
